This page describes how to manage the software platform with reference to the processing of the users personal data. This information pursuant to the art. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (G.D.P.R) and the additional current regulations, to those who interact (“Users” or “interested”) with this platform. The information cannot be extended to further platforms that may be consulted by the user.
According to the above mentioned regulation, all treatments will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of the confidentiality and rights of the Users.

During their normal operation, the IT systems and the software procedures utilized in order to operate the platform, acquire some personal data whose broadcasting is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols. The collected data includes information related to the access, such as IP addresses and domain names of the connected users, as well as other parameters regarding the IT environment. These data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to satisfy the purposes referred in this statement.
Data provided directly by the customer
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site or the use of reserved areas and the filling of web forms, involves the subsequent acquisition and processing of the data necessary to offer the requested service and / or respond to questions, as well as any other personal data entered. Specific information may be reported or displayed on the pages of the platform set up for particular services on request.
With the express consent of the user, the organization will process the user personal data in order to send to him information and promotional communications, including the newsletter, referring to its and / or third party products and / or services as well as for direct sales purposes and for the market research, by e-mail.
The legal basis of this treatment is the express consent of the regulation’s user (art.6.1.a)
The user can repeal the consent at any time and / or object, at any time, to the processing of his data for marketing purposes:

The provision of data for generic marketing purposes is an optional: there is no legal or contractual obligation on the user to provide such data for this purpose and / or to give consent to the processing of his personal data for this purpose.

4. Purpose, legal basis and methods of treatment Personal data are processed exclusively for the purposes that fall within the services provided by Cube Retail Contract srl or for the fulfilments required by law or regulation. As part of these purposes, the processing may concern the data necessary for the management of relations with Cube Retail Contract srl including the data provided at the time of registration or the use of online services.
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected.

For generic marketing purposes, the Organization will process the user’s data until the withdrawal of consent and / or the exercise of the right of opposition and, in any case, no longer than four years from the data collection, reserving the right, before the expiration of this term, to ask the user for renewal of consent and / or updating of data.
7. The rights of the involved party
The user has the right to ask to the data controller to access personal data and to correct or cancel them or limit the processing that concerns them or to object the processing (section 15 and following of the GDPR). The specific request may be presented to the Data Controller or to the Data Protection Officer designated by him at the addresses indicated in this letter.
8. Providing data
The User is free to provide personal data and failure to provide any data required in a mandatory manner will make it impossible to obtain the service. Further personal data may be provided on a voluntary basis by the User by sending a request to the Cube Retail Contract srl on the basis of the forms used by the platform. For instance, through the platform it is also possible to provide your e-mail address or telephone numbers.
